Good question. Not clear. But given dozens of trend lines . . . I'd say well within the Biblical predictions regarding Israel after Israel became a Nation again in 1948 . . . which . . . to my construction on reality . . . would mean well before 2075.
I personally think something in the next 5-25 years will make the CFR's goals abundantly clear. Some think this coming year, 2007 might.
