A true debate would mean no "neutral" moderator controling the topics of discussion, and a true debate would mean a full airing of issues rather than a shouting match. In a true debate the topics of FBI Filegate, CastleGrande Filegate, Travelgate, Vince Foster and Black Hawk Down/ben Ladin - yes, and Clinton's "meaning of is" courtroom sleaze - could not be kept out of the discussion. Hillary is after all more responsible for the existence of the administration which brought us all of that than any other American besides Bill Clinton himself. And that was the launch of Hillary's national career.
The party of Big Journalism - the party of smear and negativity and superficiality and evasion of real issues - is after victory from the votes of the least common denominator voter. "Thinking" and "true debate"? Puleeze.
