The solution to the Middle East is very simple. A simultaneous surprise air strikes on Syria and Iran to decapitate their regime. There will be no warning, no declaration of war, just kill the evil terrorists regimes heads, and do not worry what is going to happen after that. If we do not like the politicians who will take control after that, we should kill them as well.

Well .. if we stab Israel in the back .. America is in for a world of hurt. I just find it hard to believe Bush would turn on Israel.

Israel should not give up the Golan, that would not be wise at all.

As far as Syria dictating terms and withdrawals, will they could always invade Iraq and try it for themselves....

Israel will give up the Golan Meadows, but not the Heights. It's on the timetable for withdrawal right after the sun burns out and becomes a cold cinder.

What could possibly have strengthened Syria's hand?

Give up the Golan Heights?

In the recent words of Bill O'Reilly, America about the Vatican leader's opinions against our building a fence this side of Mexico, "Wise up or shut up!"

Born and raised in Lebanon, I know exactly the remedy for the Middle East problems. "Before they love us, they must fear us", that should be the policy of the US in the ME.

If I am President Bush, I will turn the next two years into hell for everyone who oppose us in the Middle East.

"Syria will not do anything unless it has secured guarantees from Washington and London that every action Damascus takes to help them will be reciprocated....” he said. The Syrian demands also include a staged withdrawal of US troops from the region.

Syria, a weekend of light work for one division of Marines, is now dictating terms to George Bush. More fruits of the recent election.

If we give Hitler Poland, that will be enough and he will be happy.

Actually, I don't think it has anything to do with the elections. I think the only reason Syria is feeling emboldened is because that dumba$$ Baker and his non-appointed committee have been over there talking to them.

I just don't understand talking to Syria and Iran when they are part of the problem.

So if we give the slaves of satan what they demand, they will sharpen their knives when they behead us?

How mercifull!

Their stone age murder cult needs to be outcast, and shunned by the rest of the world! Not held up as some sort of noble "religion". The SS viewed Nazism as a religion also! Just because a lot of people are doing it, yadda yadda yadda!!!

Let's see if the kubah can survive a nuclear blast.
