#369, Tom Delay will prevail I am sure, However if they just dump the case on technicalities, it will not exonerate him. There needs to be a Trial with under oath utterances by the People that know all the dirt about how Ronnie Earle did all this illegal underhanded crap to a Citizen of America that did not break a law because it was not Law in that time period where he filed charges. It is past time for that creep Earle to get his comeuppance, and be show the door, sent packing in shame.
