I'll go with the former. Bashing President Bush does us no good and hurts us for future battles. The speculation on who will be our standard bearer is also a pointless discussion right now. It's better that we concentrate on the upcoming battles we're going to face with a Democrat House and Senate.

Normally ad costs are indeed determined by ratings, but the word was a few years ago (and there's been little reason to change) that few liberal ad buyers would touch Fox News. Overall, we know Fox beats the other cable news nets' ratings, but not their ad sales. Extrapolating that talk radio listeners (better educated and wealthier than others) make up a good portion of Fox News's audience, it appears liberal CEO's and ad buyers are spiting themselves.

I don't know how Wallace's ratings compare with the Tony Snow era. Not much different, I'd guess.

I agree.

I think the only reason they are always on these shows is that they seem to have the market cornered on stupidity. I'd like to watch Rangel explain his Mississippi remarks today, but I'm heading for Church instead.

I would like to salute EC for doing just that, her new show on talk radio in Atlanta along with host John Konop is a rousing success and has a brilliant future.
All they do is tell the truth about conservatives and the politics of our country.It is one of the fastest moving hours on talk radio anywhere.
