For our health, we have to guard ourselves against:
heartburn
ulcers
high blood pressure
talking to ourselves
fingernail biting
breaking things
forgetting to breathe
I think I'mg going to spend more time looking at and growing my gratitude list as an antidote.
Too late....I've already got the high BP....politics is a killer...lol
