I put Vegan alert because there are active and miltant vegans who seek to impose their lifestyle upon those who enjoy eating meat. Rest assured, as Thanksgiving Day approaches, the zealots at PETA will campaign with another 'Holocaust on your plate' and other propaganda seeking to discourage people from personal dietary choices. While PETA has the rights of free speech to discourage the consumption of turkey and other meats, their political agenda includes favoring legislation that would abolish the consumption of meat. Here are a few links to some of PETA's nonsense: http://www.furisdead.com/pdfs/mommykills.pdf http://getactive.peta.org/campaign/p2thanksgivingpledge?c=11 http://www.petaliterature.com/prodinfo.asp?number=VEG228&variation=&aitem=12&mitem=47 http://www.petacatalog.org/prodinfo.asp?number=BK296 http://www.peta.org/mc/NewsItem.asp?id=3021

That "your mommy kills animals" pic reminds me of our grandson, Marshal Punky. He (who hadjust turned four a couple of months ago) and his 3 year old sister were taken out to see the buck that daddy had shot. They petted it saying "poor deer". Daddy explained that they were going to cut it up and cook it to eat. Marshal punky says " Mmmmmmmm. Delicious" Yes, he is a carnivore like the rest of us. LOLL He can pack away meat like a T-Rex (in his words)
