It's too bad dueling was outlawed in New York. That's how I'd like to see Hevesi and Sptizer settle this issue.

If Spitzer ousts Hevesi, then Spizer is done as a democRAT. The real power in NY is Sheldon Silver D-Manhattan, the Assembly Majority leader.

Silver supports Hevesi. Expect Spitzer to make a certain amount of noise but nothing will come of it, it's just for show.
