Hmm ~ people in Mass have no say in setting caps on malpractice (or alleged malpractice)?

My, my, my ~ as I recall Indiana, which has one of the most thriving medical care systems in North America, has caps.

So do other states.

I think the problem is that people in Massachusetts are just a bunch of whiners.
