There are always compromises and gaps in care when dealing with a single-payer Hillarycare system. There is not enough care to go around after paying for the vast bloated beaurocracy, so the sickest or the most politically correct get to the front of the line.

What usually results is a two-tiered system of haves and have-nots; those with money go ahead and pay for decent and immediate care. Those without money wait in line.

And when the whiners on the left see poor and minorities receiving less care than rich Hollywood types, they will scream to tax the rich even more so the poor can have what millionaires have. And the beaurocracy will enlarge yet again, and taxes will go up...
