Much of the virulent dislike shown towards him by the opposition has been clearly motivated by race hatred, and similar hatred was aroused the 1970s towards Salvador Allende in Chile and Juan Perón in Argentina.

But it's always useful to use some good old race hatred against the productive class to seize power, and then consolidate power by redistributing the nation's wealth.
