Boss man got mad at me after I explained what a RINO was. I told him the consequences of this mess. He insisted I was a "right-wing" and he is a Republican. Unfortunately this is the man that will be giving me my review in January!

Any tme I have run into the "you're a right-wing...religious fanatic...fringe..." argument, I simply stop talking and start questioning. I always start out by asking "Wow, would please define the terms you're using for me. You see I don't know what 'right-wing' and 'religious fanatic' mean. I sincerely need your help." This genereally stops them in their tracks. A few have actually made efforts to define these terms, and others. Most eventually come back to me and ask for input. Then the training begins in earnest!! :-)

With your boss, I would try the same approach....very humbly of course. And remember "angcat", honesty still counts for something and still will in January!
