Nancee, I see are are upset like I was. Here in Luzerne County they went for Casey. It was the Wiles Barre and Scranton area that got him the votes. It took me a few days to get over it. So sad :0(, my dopey boss who claims to be a Republican voted for "his childhood" friend. I told my boss he was a big RINO. His Childhood friend from 20 years ago probably would not give him a second look.

Hi there "angcat"!!

Nice to "meet" you fellow Pennsylvanian!!

I still haven't gotten over it, and I probably won't. This is a good thing. It keeps me motivated to work at informing those around me who seemingly know next to nothing about either government or history and definitely know nothing about present day politics. I have instituted a plan to inform...almost like a political missionary...and I have already begun to go into new neighborhoods and make new friends.

Your boss is about to learn the hard way; sad and hard though it is for the rest of us.

He will find out in due time, as you noted, that his childhood friend is STILL a child and would not and will not give him the time of day; will stab the lot of us right in the back!!
