It passed long ago, but was subsequently declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. Unfortunately, this was one thing that they got right.
Term limits is a great idea, but a Constitutional amendment isn't in the cards.
I don't understand something. Term limits are constitutional for Governors and the President, but not for state legislatures and Congress?
