Dinssa, who is from Dallas, arrived in Detroit from Nigeria by way of Amsterdam and was headed for Phoenix, Feller said. Interesting.

Everybody calm down, this is probably nothing. Remember, Michael Moore told us there is no terrorist threat. I'm sure he had a very good reason to have information about nuclear materials and cyanide on a computer and $79,000 in cash.

I can't find anything on this story other than what the AP's reporting. Everyone's just running with the AP version.

Leroy Soles had defended terrorism suspects before. From 2004... Fed missteps jeopardize terror case
Who ya gonna call...?
That's exactly what one would expect when a war is turned into a court case. Maybe that's why there are Laws of War.
Behold the USA, slouching toward suicide.

"after a dog caught the scent of narcotics on cash he was carrying ..."I'll bet he is a drug dealer.
He figures if he downloads some information from the internet about nuclear materials and cyanide, lies, and plays dumb, the authorities will think he's a terrorist.
When they finally conclude he isn't a terrorist they'll be so relieved that he'll get to keep his money and be sent on his way. They'll probably apologize, too.
