Y'all heard it from Rush: He's endorsed John Murtha! You know what this means? Jack's OUR BOY - our b*tch! Now watch as the Democrats swiftboat him from the leadership. A Democrat like Sheikh Down Murtha being endorsed gasp!< by a conservative is a like the kiss of death. (laughing)

"Jack's OUR BOY - our b*tch!" ROFL!! Murtha is just a lil' bitch. With all of this dirt being being unloaded on him, by the dems of all people, Irey is going to pwn him in a couple of years. She said on Hannity today she would like to run against him again.

Murtha's a wonderful choice, being such a great American and all. (gag, cough)
Let's air all the dirty laundry, Dems.

One look at Murtha's contorted scowling faces tell me all I need to know about him. There's a dearth of wisdom and voids of valor painted on that mug. He is quite the old fool in his latter years...surpassed only by the greater fools and the fooled voters of PA-12.

Pelosi endorses Murtha for the #2 slot and the media immediately goes after him. What does that say about Pelosi's strength as the presumed Speaker of the House?
It seems to me that someone is sending her a pretty clear message about her real place in the pecking order

The news media, being good Democrat partisans, are going after Murtha because they realize what a symbol of corruption he would be as house majority leader. And if by chance he gets indicted for the rackets he's been running for years with his defense lobbyist brother, Kit, it will be a major scandal. This while Abramoff is pointing a finger at Harry Reid and others. The press is not on a noble mission of the peoples-right-to-know. It is trying to save Pelosi a lot of future embarrassment. Then again Murtha may have something on Pelosi that compels her to support him.

" What does that say about Pelosi's strength as the presumed Speaker of the House?"Perhaps Nancy Pellagra knew Steny Hoyer had the #2 job sewed up. Perhaps all the House dem causus knew it. It was no skin off Pellegraface's nose to give her unindicted co-conspirator Moida a post election thank you by endorsing him.
It is still advantageous to regard this as a defeat for Pegrossi.

"Pelosi endorses Murtha for the #2 slot and the media immediately goes after him."It seems this whole #2 news story is a set up.
Murtha the Traitor is defeated by a conscientious dem caucus. The MSM and its cohorts claim, "See, we are non partisan. We condemn even the appearance of unethical conduct." All after the fact. All according to plan.

Murtha spends his weekends in his backyard trying to figure out how to erect a flagpole atop the pile of dog poop he's amassed over the years. In a head-wind.

Thanks.

My opinion is that patience in a virtue. Rush is 'rushing' it.
Wait till January when he actually takes the position before shooting him down. The SOB has it coming and once he is justifiably bounced, he drags the rest of the Rats down with him.
Shoot him down now, and it will be a distant memory by the New Year. Shoot him down once he's in a leadership role, and it's big news.

Irey's not going to own Murtha. My parents, who live in his district, have been voting the "Anybody but Murtha" ticket for as long as I can remember. Everyone in his district knows his history, but most of them don't care.
