I am not a big Lott fan. I just respect his ability. The Whip position is not a policy making one on the surface. Whips have alot of power in their own right. We'll see if this position is a place where Lott can say, ok. I am doing my thing, and I am good at it. Everyone will be on guard against his shenanigans.
