Trent was bad. Frist was weak.

Just why is it, republicans seek weak leaders?

Just why do they repeat old mistakes?

I think I am seeing bribes in play. Too much undercutting by our own side. Something is quite smelly up there. Time we ferret it out.

I agree. Frist, IMO, wasted the 6 years of the Republican Senate majority.I hold him responsible for the out of control spending and not having the cojones to reign in Sen. Stevens and his "Bridge to Nowhere". That hurt the fiscal reputation of the Republicans as much as anything.

At least all Trent can say is, "I'm number 2!" A hollow victory for a hollow man.
