You’re right. Republicans can’t nominate a Rino and win. Too many conservatives will vote third party or stay home.

The “I’ll vote for any Republican” voters are irrelevant. Their votes are already counted. Nobody has to do anything to earn their vote. But there aren’t enough of them to win elections. The party has to earn back the conservative votes they pi$$ed away or elect Democrats.

Geee, Rudy doesn't talk much about why he supported Mario Cuomo, does he?

That speaks volumes about where his political leanings are (I won't even go into his vote for George McGovern since that was a long time ago).

Mario Cuomo is about as LIBERAL as you could POSSIBLY get--especially when it comes to big government. I'd like to hear Rudy spend a little more time explaining that one.
