I haven't chosen who I will support in the primaries, but I think that this "waiting for a conservative" is going to be fruitless. Right now it looks like we will be choosing between Hunter, Romney, McCain, and Guiliani. I don't think Mike Pence is going to run this time.

Who are you going to vote for from that group? Probably the most conservative is Hunter, but he brings with him some baggage, too...defense contracts, for example. He also isn't very likable, which is a criteria I think important if one wants to win , and not simply "make a statement."

We've got 2 years..

It's far too early to even guess who may end up coming out of the primaries..

If I have to, I will vote Independent / Libertarian rather than take what the major parties throw at us..

I have done it before, and will probably do it again..

Given those choices it may be the first time I never vote.

I'm waiting to hear from Brownback.

I detest McCain and Romney. I like Rudy a lot, but he is just too far left of mainsdtream conservatism to get my vote, which is too bad. Just damn!

Dunno enough about Romney or Hunter, but between McCain and Guiliani, Hillary! can have it. After a certain point, it doesn't matter if they're a "lesser" evil, they're still just too evil. I'll just skip that line on the ballot.
