Guess he's going to hypothetically brag about how smart he was and how he got away with it.
Don't the police often get information about a crime from other prisoners who have shared a jail cell with a criminal who has boasted about what he/she did?
Shoot...he can come right out and admit that he did it...double jeopardy....he would stay a free man.
