Simpson's acquittal in California state court does not preempt a federal prosecution, given that California and the U.S. are "separate sovereigns"; jeopardy did not attach for prosecutions by the feds or a state other than California.
Yes, yes that would be great.
Turner already broadcast a teenage abortion on tv back in the 1980s. Except you didn't see the mother's face or the debris that was sucked out. Other than that you saw an abortion.
The media has no such qualms about showing our troops being targeted by the enemy or images from Abu Ghraib (even if they are actually from porn websites).
From what I've heard, the Goldman's haven't received a cent. OJ's agent (?) said they got a bank account of HIS. I don't know what to believe. The agent (on OReilly last night) said OJ said it looked like he had done it, but didn't remember, or something to that effect.
This is evil. If he does get paid for this interview the money will have to go to the Goldman family and i can't imagine how that would sit with Mr. Goldman.
I won't be watching or reading....
What I don`t get is how the Goldmans can`t touch his football pension. Someone was telling me this punk OJ gets something like $50k a month! That`s $600k a year he gets for doing nothing, for sitting on his ass, yet he owes them millions. I mean just what the hell is that? This puke butchered two people, he should be on death row, yet he`s living it up. Meanwhile someone like me who lost his job ten years ago is still trying to get out of debt. This SOB should be absolutely destitute living out of a cardboard box, but instead he`s living the high life in palm beach all because of this don`t touch rule on his pension.
