Note that I am not fan of Carla and I would think that she would be impervious to "Serbian propaganda."

In any "normal" court system, he'd have been sentenced to prison for a large portion of the rest of his life. It's just that the ICTY isn't a "normal" court system, and their sentences have been pathetically lenient across the ethnic spectrum of defendants.
