If Laci had requested an abortion - from anyone - and that person had committed an abortion, the individual performing the murder of Conner wouldn't have been prosecuted for murder.
Folks aren't prosecuted for murder for killing unborn children when the mother consents to the killing. That's why abortionists don't go to prison anymore.

That's a bald assertion on your part. A zygote is an actual being, and a functioning member of the species homo sapiens. He or she has a bit of a ways to go before he or she might, say, post on Free Republic, but the being is living, developing, self-organizing, self-directing, and clearly human.
Against those facts, you blindly assert your unsupported view of things. All you do is close your eyes and say, "I can't see that it's a human! I can't see that it's a human!"
