I have my own little publishing company, and may go that route again for some things. But there really out to be a Free Republic bookstore. I know there are tax implications, but maybe something loosely affiliated.
I'm not sure why there would be any tax or legal implications for Free Republic if it did not benefit financially from the sidebar. But that's a question for the lawyers around here.
