Is FBI Sugarcoating Threat?
IBD ^ | Nov. 13, 2006 | IBD

Homeland Security: The FBI continues to claim America is free and clear of terrorist sleeper cells. But last week's startling announcement by Britain that it's tracking 200 cells casts doubt on that claim.

Is America really less radicalized, or is the MI5 simply looking harder than the FBI? One thing is for sure: British authorities appear more candid about the threat from Islamic radicals.

In a speech released Friday, the head of the MI5 said her agency had foiled five major plots since the 7/7 bombings in London — including last summer's al-Qaida plot to blow up 10 airliners over U.S. cities — and is tracking almost 30 terrorist plots involving a whopping 1,600 suspects.

Don't forget thri wild goose chase during the anthrax investigation, carefully ignoring all evidence that pointed to Al Qaeda and totally focused on Poor Hatfill isntead, remember the draining of the lake?

To this day, the FBI is continuing to conduct an ongoing public relations campaign to try and convince the people and the press that the attacks had to have been committed by a "domestic" perp, while pretending to have made great progress in the case when they've made none at all.

All of a sudden he announced he was taking a vacation with his brother.

Muslims often refer to other Muslims as their "brother", even though there is no familial relationship.

The whole thing stinks. I don't want to look at someone and wonder. But I really can't see myself becoming friends with Muslims now either and I was never like that before. I don't really know what to think anymore and that really gets to me. I know not all of them want to behead us but the peaceful ones seem to be in the minority. Its hard to think we have people living among us, befriending us and then one day will just kill us.

Looks like Hillary 900 FBI files worked better this election cycle than ever - she got rid of those who were most powerful enemies: Kurt Weldon, Tom Delay, Rick Santorum, George Allen. The Clinton machine is far from rusted over...
