It looks like they want to show that Hispanics can get to real positions in the Republican party and where we can get back some of the hispanic vote we lost this last election.
I actually don't really care who is the head of the RNC so long as we actively recruit good candidates for EVERY race especially those in red states, and that they utilize the same GOTV efforts as in recent elections.
This is going to sound racist and I don't mean it that way, but what percentage of the 6% Hispanics pay one minute of attention to politics?
