He did--several times. And I believe this came up in Murtha's re-election campaign.
Dems just don't care about stuff like that. It only matters when Republicans do it.
It would have been nice had they also mentioned that he had a strong, determined, CONSERVATIVE Republican challenger in DIANA IREY!
