If it could be proved that the illegal immigrant is engaged in criminal activity here in our local towns and cities, RICO may be the way to go to force and end to this looking the other way while these illegals enter our Country and devour our precious resources.

Great post, sure gives me some good ideas! Personally, I have had all I am going to with this crap. Since the US Government does not seem to want to do its job, maybe we can force them too! Maybe after a couple million dollar judgments against them, they will be forced to do something about the problem, instead of opening the gates and letting them run wild all over America, and then claim, "we can't account for 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, million illegal immigrants," in fact they don't even know how many are here illegal.

I believe that this group is affiliated with Howard Foster, Esq., who is currently handling the Tyson and Mohawk RICO cases. Right now the focus is on employers, but should be applied to any institution, city, or private citizen who, for financial gain, is encouraging illegal immigration by providing services to aliens.

So, it is my opinion, that the "in order to secure the borders, we MUST have 'comprehensive immigration reform' mantra (blackmail), the whole push to pass laws that will include amnesty for employers, is a timely and hurried effort by the bipartisan OBL to prevent judgement on these RICO suits and trebel damages, especially against Tyson, who has been a major contributor to both Clinton and Bush.

Republicans must unite immediately, despite Bush, to stop the OBL and it's North American Union agenda. RICO prosecutions is a great tool that should be used by any American citizen who wishes to protect the sovereignty and security of our country.
