If the FBI thought the theat was not credible, why did they alert India and why are their airports on high alert -- this article said there was an earlier alert and the FBI renewed it. These actions are not consistent with a "noncredible threat".

Well how should I know? Ask FOXNews. In fact, I just heard FOXNews report the same thing...that is, "The FBI says that this threat does not come from a credible source."
By the way, avoid the use of double negatives.
