Newsweek poll is of "adults", not registered voters.
Adults means that the proportion isn't necessarily representative of the real democgraphics.

Well, it looks like Bush is going over to the Democrats, so it makes no difference to me.
If Bush's numbers keep dropping, at this rate, he'll be out of office by January 2009.

I can just imagine the question:
Do you support Bush the lying loser, or are you an enlightened soul?

I just turned the corner to disapproval after his rededication to the process of admitting hundreds of millions of illegals over the next 20 years. They wouldn't have to do too much sampling of like-minded conservatives / libertarians to find a similar dislike. I'm done with him.

When he reaches zero in these polls will he have to leave office.

I watched the first 10 mins of the NBC national news, and this poll was one of the lead stories. The whole purpose of the Democrat media is to make sure we are out of Iraq before 2008. They know Hillary has no prayer of being elected in wartime conditions. Of course, if the Republican candidate doesn't shout from the housetops the utter failure of the first Clinton administration in fighting Islamofascism, then they deserve to get stomped and thumped by Queen Hillary.
