If John Lennon were alive today he'd be leading it with a vengeance," he said.

I was never a fan of John Lennon but his only hit "Imagine" pretty much summed up his feelings on life.

Imagine there's no Heaven

.....

No hell below us

.......

Imagine all the people

Living for today

Imagine there's no countries

.......

Nothing to kill or die for

And no religion too

Imagine all the people

Living life in peace

Imagine no possessions

.............

No need for greed or hunger

A brotherhood of man

Imagine all the people

Sharing all the world

I saw nothing of the alleged genius that the media has been trying to pile on this guy ever since his death. He was nothing more than a hardcore Marxist and anti-Christian.

I hate that song. I was absolutely dumbfounded and disgusted when Good Morning America (I believe it was) used it as part of their intro on roughly 9/12/01. Way to comfort the grieving families, guys. "Gee, it's too bad for your dead loved ones that there's no heaven. Tough crap for them."
