Where did I say anything about voting for the Dems? On other posts in this thread, I mentioned that I voted a straight "R" ticket. This thread started out with posts blaming the election results on conservatives who stayed home. I think that more attention and blame needs to be assigned to the lackluster GOP leadership. A retail outlet that blames lack of sales on its customers is not very likely to increase sales. The same applies to the GOP and its quest to attract votes.

Indeed it did...and I think that assumption has been disproven or has been rendered to the "yet to be proven" category.

Anyway, it's moot. What to do about 08 based on correct assumptions is the order of the day.
