Calderon has called the U.S. plan to build a 700-mile fence along the nearly 2,000-mile border "deplorable" and compared it to the construction of the Berlin Wall.

Except that the Berlin wall was meant to keep people IN.

Yeah, the very thought of the USA trying to enforce its own soverignty, laws and border --- why, that is just, uh...totally CONSERVATIVE.

Schwarzenegger, on a two-day trade mission to Mexico, was accompanied by California farmers who have complained that a crackdown on immigration has caused them labor shortages.

Well cry me a river. Farmers should do one of 2 things: pay better wages to attract more workers or move to Mexico and let their workers leach off of that government.

Damn welfare queens.
