Exactly, but there is so much hatred here for McCain that you're wasting your time trying to explain it...There'd have to be at least a scintilla of intelligence to understand the point.

I see the point you're trying to make - but maybe if it weren't for the gang of 14 - we wouldn't BE the minority in the next senate.

They usurped the President's collateral authority. It was downhill from there.

yes. but don't get me wrong, I don't generally love McCain. His position on the detainee "bill of rights" and immigration, bothers me alot more then the judges issue. But he deserves a fair shot in the primaries just like anyone else - and I won't close my ears totally to what he has to say, and to what the polls say.
