I wonder if he caused 3000 Republicans in a couple of states to sit on their butts and not vote.

That's how much we lost the US Senate by.

Think about that when the next Supreme Court vacancy occurs.

Supreme Court openings change things for a generation.

If Bush got rid of Rumsfeld months ago as Savage was calling for, we'd have the Senate.

Savage, Liddy and probably many more I've never heard of. Turning off voters over single issues and convincing them not to vote or casting protest votes.

Blame the Republicans for their loss. Expanding government, anti-free speech Campaign Finance Reform, expansion of the federal government into education, etc. The Republicans worked hard for defeat.
