Good point.
Now that the evil warmongering Bush is corralled by the dims the war is over. There will no longer be a reason to attack us. Hence we can bring all troops home from everywhere and have great camping trips instead warmongering.
Even though congress does not set foriegn policy or command the military they will try somehow to do just that. Thereby ignoring the constitutional seperation of powers.
But since when do they care about the constitution? Unless it suits them it's only an obstacle.
