Compulsary national service is for weenies. I think all young adults should spend a year in jail! They could do important, meaningful things for our country like make license plates and break rocks. They could set an example to all those disadvanteged, troubled youth who got in the old fashioned way.
Well that would be one idea that wouldn't need affirmative action.
