Just wait for Andrea Yates to be released. The Houston Chronicle did a horrible job of explaining this. They kept saying that she needed to be treated for the rest of her life after being found not guilty by reason of insanity. However, the standard is as soon as she is no longer insane and no longer a threat she will be released. I look for that to be soon.

Yates will be out before long. The medical professionals are in the business of "curing". They will "cure" this woman, soon enough.
