Agreed! The Republicans have been acting like they are the minority for the last 6 years! They let the dims and the MSM push them into a corner and frame the debate around Republican failures i.e. 9/11 Clinton failures, Abromhoff, Foley, etc...

The Republicans have been acting like they are the minority for the last 6 years! True enough. I wonder just how MORE they will cave now that they really are the monrity.

(When the PINO signs his beloved scamnesty bill, the GOP officially dies and the Bush legacy is set.)

You know, this really goes back to the "new tone." I admit I supported the "new tone" for at least one, and maybe two, election cycles. I think it was temporarily key to keeping SOME of the American people of the Prez's back so he could carry on the WoT. But after 2002, and CERTAINLY after 2004, we needed to end that junk and go after these people.
By failing to keep their "sins" in front of the American public, in Nov. 2006 it looked like only one party was "corrupt," and I agree that there was way too much eating at the trough. But it should have been dealt with in primaries by the GOP.
