It is called the Democrat Vote Fraud Machine. The Dems will always win close elections because they can find votes at the end of an election night. 2000 and 2004 were not as close as they appeared because Dems tried everything to try to make up the votes.

The Dems will always win close elections because they can find votes at the end of an election night. This probably happened this year in Virginia. Allen was ahead until very late when a few inner city precincts came in overwhelmingly for Webb. It is mannening.
