First of all, I agree. Some would cheer.

But recall: the British burned the White House in 1812. It was rebuilt and the Republic was victorious. Hidden damage from the burning didn't emerge until 1948, when architects informed Harry Truman that the presidential mansion was standing "only from force of habit". The White House was completely gutted and rebuilt from the inside out. And it survived eight years of the Clintons.

Anyway, there are still those who would cheer.

There are so many demoncrats who fantasize about the death of W, and Conservatives, in general, that I'd not be surprised that some lefties are active in giving aid and comfort to terrorists.
