I donno... Fox isn't the only politico prone to open mouth, insert foot. My favorite was when he gave a talk to a group of indian women. He asked one lady what newspapers she read. The lady, rather embarrased, told him she was illiterate. Fox said, "oh well, you're probably happier not reading the newspapers!"

That went over real well with the press -- and the indians, who were there to talk about educational programs :-)

What is there to be red-faced about? The honesty is refreshing, proper, and indeed is what could be expected from an honorable person. More, this confession puts him in a good position to call the others on their nonsense.
