Congratulations on your cancellation. I cancelled mine long ago, along with a letter to the publisher telling them that I didn't need yet another "Time" or "Newsweak" only this one pretending to be conservative.

Kristol has had his shorts in a major wad since McLame lost in the 2000 primary and while I had believed that Fred might have been a bit more conservative, his response one evening on Brit's show regarding illegal immigration, made me want to throw up. He too, sounded just like the usual D.C. elite, who know what's best for the great unwashed.

You're right.

Also, prior to the Republican primaries in 2000, William Kristol was begging Colin Powell to run. He said that Powell was the only Republican who could win the Presidency in 2000, and that he would make an "excellent" Chief Executive.

Of course, no one ever questioned him about it after Dubya was elected.
