We couldn't even make a close race to defeat that stealth liberal, Nelson. He even has most FReepers fooled. So you think we can do much to keep Hagel in check or defeat him?

About the only thing I've noticed is that they do react promptly if you start a coordinated and sustained letter-writing campaign about their policies in the local papers. That is one of the few things that gets their attention. Since state media sources are so narrowly held and never tell the real truth about them, they feel pretty secure.
