He's arlready on a recess appointment. That ends when the new Congress is seated. And at that point, you have to wait until the next Congressional recess. SO WHAT? Just wait then, and recess appoint him AGAIN.

Kick Chaffee off the committee that moves Bolton to the Senate Floor. Do it next week and replace him with Sessions or someone who actually supports this country. That way Bolton will go to the Senate floor where he will be approved, after the dems show us how "bipartisan" they are. Do it next week. If Frist has an ounce of sense left in him, this is what will happen day one when they return.
