To Everyone in Iraq.
Keep the faith. We failed your ancestors who went to Vietnam for us. We will NOT fail you.
Election day we lost a battle. The War goes on. We do not surrender.

We need to support our troops now more than ever! We can't let a bunch of stinking Commie 'RATS abandon these folks.

Aaron,
You now know what a Vietnam Vet felt like coming home in 1972.

I am so sorry, Aaron. Many of us are and knew what the outcome would be if the Dems took control. Wish there was something more I could do...
I adopted a Soldier on Operation AC today and sent him some new stuff. Hope that helps a mite.

You know the real irony of all this is? The Dems do not have to do anything but wait. Keep the Junk Media occupied with show trials of Bush people in Congressional hearings plus a couple of bruising political fights over big glittery handout social spending emotionally appealing items like "Federal Funding for Stem cells" or "Global Warming" and let the Bush plan finish it's course in Iraq. Oh they probably will make some cosmetic changes along the way. Their new calls to "hold an International Conference on Iraq" is a perfect example of a do nothing worth while at all time wasting maneuver. Then late 2007-2008 scream victory was caused by them as soon as any troops start coming home. Bush and Rummy won the War for them. Now Old Boy Washington will have two years to revenge itself on him for his being right in 2003 and most of them being dead wrong.
The joker in the deck here is if the Democrats can sit on their moonbats long enough to NOT screw it up and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory The "Realists" should try reading the data on Iraq instead of clinging to their "realists" ideology dogmas. It is rather interesting. http://icasualties.org/oif/ http://icasualties.org/oif/IraqiDeaths.aspx http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraqi_Security_Forces

Boy, I sure am glad "conservatives" taught the GOP a "lesson". This is great. And as soon as everyone gets their personal pet issue taken care of we can go back to the real world just like nothing ever happened. Just pick right up where we left off. Yes sirree.

Oh God Aaron, we are so sorry. But it's just slightly more than half of America and most of them did it out of sheer ignorance.

Keep a stiff upper lip, Aaron. You and your brothers and sisters have a lot of support here -- we will not allow a replay of Vietnam!

Sadly, Aaron is completely justified in his anger and bitterness. The man is right, but those of us in the Conservative part of America must work even harder now to insure that Aaron and others like him have our full support. I understand how he feels, but he needs to know that there are people in this nation who DO desperately want to do the right thing in the War on Terror.

I work in a Military Medical Treatment Facility, and on 8 Nov, some of the Medics that work for me (combat medics by the way)just looked at the TV and asked, "but what's going to happen to the soldiers on the ground?" and that should speak volumes....they are worried.

I don't even know what to say. From those of us that support our troops, honor their sacrifices and their mission, we owe Aaron and everyone in our military a debt of gratitude. We also owe them an apology, on behalf of those who are too foolish, insecure, or psychologically unsound to support the people who give so much to keep us all free.
The misinformed public, and the idiots in the liberal camp, will reap what they sow.
