Yeah. Randy Graf lost to Gabby Giffords by 24,000 votes. (54% to 42% - other candidates took the difference). With 60,000 votes outstanding, the results could get closer, but should not affect. Graf, who is a strong Conservative, was abandoned by the GOP because he was strong on immigration. The National GOP (with Bush) and Giffords supports Amnesty for the Illegals.
