The lesson from this election is DO NOT govern from the middle. It's a loser. Trust me, I know the far right very well. They wouldn't even go for Rudy as VP. Would think the Pres. nominee was a closet social lefty. Besides, we don't need Rudy to beat Hitlery. We need a staunch righty on all fronts!!!!

Great idea - -and I think I may have a slight inclination of what may be included in the speech you want to give ;-)
I think that's what the Prez will do. Hope he recess appoints a whole load of judges too!

Newt would work for me as RNC head. The Dims would hate it, which would make me like it even more :-)

LOL...I can imagine the speech! Love to be there to see it.
Have I heard correctly that there is a way that the Dems can keep Bush from doing Recess appointments by never going into recess and keeping people there at all times? Is that the case?
To: perfect_rovian_storm
Why? lol
Well, I don't know what cave you've been living in, but being gay is the in-thing. So about 8 months ago I decided I was going to be gay. If you want, I can help you get started too, and you'll soon see how many societal benefits that being gay has attached to it.
It's the first step that's the hardest, staring into the mirror saying, "I am gay", "I am gay". You can pucker your lips while saying that, it helps.

Barbour/Steele in '08Gee, and I was just thinking it'd be nice to see Haley as Chairman again.

Tom Delay might be in interesting option indeed. He knows how to run an organization and he is conservative...he maybe just what we need. IMO Delay would be better than Steele, because if I remember correctly Steele is not completely conservative and supports programs like Affirmative Action. Besides Delay would have a great perspective on Congressional races and operations. They don't call him The Hammer for nothing, imagine him being the chairman of the party.

LOL! I heard it was all the rage. I'm just hopelessly out of style I guess!
I used to be gay, but a couple weeks ago, I went to a straight pride parade and they changed me! Dang breeders...

NOOOOOO! NOT DELAY! He's one of the top 3 reasons we got hammered Tuesday! You've got to be kidding me!

Tom Delay is really damaged goods. I only see 3 obvious choices. In order of their awesomeness as a pick:
1) Newt Gingrich
2) Rick Santorum
3) Michael Steele
(Sorry, Michael, but Rick is the man...)

Rumor has it that Maher hit on Mehlman, and he turned him down.![](http://i14.tinypic.com/2im6ybt.jpg)

any gay republician needs to remember this line.
They represent their districts and that's why they are elected. Not to represent their own agendas.

actually we got hammered for this reason on tuesday and for no other reason.
The people that won promised to throw the illegals out of the country. Even the guy that beat JD hayworth out JD'd JD in this department.
Newt had some great points on this today. But delay was far from the average voter's mind unless he was changing his name to tomas delayamos.
