Former Governor Moonbat (so christened by the late great Mike Royko) is once again on the move.

It is like watching a shark stirring restlessly in the depths.

My error. Mike Royko actually called Jerry Brown Governor Moonbeam. But Mike did use the term "Moonbattery" as well.

Are you sure it wasn't "moonbeam"?

****Former Governor Moonbat (so christened by the late great Mike Royko)****

I thought it was 'Moonbeam'?

In any case Moonbat is more fitting - he's certifiable.
